As a photobook reviewer for Emaho magazine, I was asked by the Editor & Founder, Manik Katyal to provide my list of five Interesting Photobooks for 2014. This is pretty daunting as there were a number of awesome & brilliant photobooks published this year.

My list of five are:

Kate Nolan – Neither, self-published (Ireland)

Laia Abril – The Epilogue, published by Dewi Lewis (Spain/UK)

Ed Templeton – Random & Pointless, published by Deadbeat Club (SoCal/USA)

Julia Borissova – Running to the Edge, self-published (Russia)

Paula McCartney – A Field Guide to Snow and Ice published by Silas Finch (USA)

I was also joined by 14 other intentionally known photobook specialist including Martin Parr.

Cheers!

On my Facebook pages are some pretty darn good photographer, Michael Penn; He does street photography like he was a Weegie clone: and publishes his own books on Face book; David Carol a sharp shooter of a picture taker has done many books of his work also.CHECK out Facebook Sandor Demlinger to see there works.
